Have you ever performed this test for cell viability assessment?

I had strange results, I couldn't compensate between FDA ( read in FL1) and PI ( read in FL3). Do you have any plot as example of this analysis?

PI is a junk dye. Use 7-AAD instead and you'll be OK.
