I am looking for a source of Large Circular DNA (>0.8 Mbp). Can Anyone Help Me Out???

Lyse nearly any bacterial cell.  Your major problem will be keeping it circular, since the DNA will be extremely fragile.  Typically the only way to keep it circular and intact is to embed cells in agarose and digest the cell in-place.
