Hi all,

I need your help.

I need a universal 16s rRNA primers which is already made as commercials.

Do you know which company have this pre-made Universal 16s rRNA primers? (this is not custom made)

Why don't you just pull them out of a publication?

hello
try following primers known as 27F and 1492R, they amplify a long 1.5 kb almost all of 16S gene, they work perfectly. do tell if u need short segments
