Hi,

I am a student just started western blotting.
Is there anyone known about the successful blotting conditions for large protein (mTOR).
Help me, it’s urgent!!!

use 0.05% sds and 10-20% methanol in the buffer.

if you have no concern about smaller proteins then you can transfer for a longer period.

but, you will probably never achieve 100% transfer.

I did not add in sds yet. I will try to use sds in the buffer.

By the way, I have another qusetion.

Can I apply your conditions for the semi-dry system ?

Would you answer to my question?
