Hi,

I am doing a western blotting analysis under reducing condition while I suddenly found that the antibody is recommended to used under non-reducing condition. Is that will work or not? Has anyone  tried that before? Thank you.

Sorry, not very helpful:  Antibodies against native protein may or may not work on denatured protein, the only way to be sure is to test it.  Antibodies against denatured protein almost never work in native protein though!
