Know one can predict the questions attendees will ask. If they all have the same background then questions might focus on their area(s) of expertise.
Here are some tips that will help you with your or any presentation!
1. Reherse in front of a mirror.
2. DON'T SAY YOU KNOW or LIKE or UM between sections or slides
3. Face your audience...don't face the screen or the slides.
4. Talk to your audience (same as 3); face different people in the audience as you speak.
5. Don't use hundreds of slides...power point slides are to help and emphasize your points.
6. People can read..there is no need to put every word you say on a slide
7. Give people handouts if needed.
8. Don't put up raw data and expect people to follow what you are doing....especially DO NOT put up hundreds of numbers....
9. Give an introduction, tell people what you are going to prove, give them the information and conclude by emphasizing the major points.
10. Make sure people in the back can hear you.
11. Make sure people in the back can see your slides.
12. REHERSE WITH A FRIEND.
13. Don't take too long.

Well, the first question could be "why the hell are you talking about such old techniques when we now have STR kits" 
Theory is when we know everything and nothing is working. Practice is when everything is working and nobody knows why. Here, we combine theory and practice. Nothing is working and nobody knows why.
