type of rat hepatic cell for toxicology study

hi guys,

i thinking to do toxicology screening on a few compounds on rat hepatic cell before going into in vivo rat study.... any1 hving this kind of experience? there are so many type of cell line out there? what kind of cell that is more appropriate for me to use?

use rat hepatocytes or H4IIe.
