Hi, good day to everyone....
Does anyone know what is the maximum size of insert gene that can be cloned into vector of pUC19, pET22, and also pHIS1525.... pHIS1525 is a shuttle vector for e.coli and Bacillus megaterium.... but at present it seems rarely to be used in molecular cloning.... have anyone ever used it before?
