Which is the maximum amount of protein that can be loaded in 11 cm IPG strips? Does anyone can hepl me?

I don't know the max, but I frequently ran 100 ug of bacterial whole cell lysate protein. Most spots separated well, but a few of the housekeeping proteins were pretty big spots, which may have masked other spots. Had pretty similar results with 50 and 75 ug, too.
