Hi,
I am planning to use HL-60 cell cultures and I realized there are differences in culture conditions , for example medium RPMI in some labs has 5% FBS , in others it has 10% FBS.
Can anybody advice the better way to culture them, also to freeze them? Which desity should I use and how many days I should wait to make subculturing?

Dear bcsein,
Simply culture your cells with 5% or 10% FBS, and monitor the cell growth. Usually 10% is better.
For freezing, 10% DMSO with 10 - 20% FBS + RPMI (or DMEM-F12, other cell media I use) works well.
