Hello
I have a synthetic cDNA clone in an expression vector for E.coli. I haven;t started checking for expression and activity. The estimated protein should be 50 kDa.

My question is are there any recommendations in general to keep in mind while expressing plant proteins in E.coli? If yes please let me know that would be very helpfull.
