seperating cells and antibodies

Hi,

At what speed should I run a centrifuge to separate cells secreting antibodies. Is 1000g at 5 mins enough to separate cells from the antibodies

Please reply...Also if you can send me the link where this procedure is mentioned, it will be helpful

Pellet the cells by centrifugation (300xg for 5-10mins). Antibodies will be in the supernatant. Hope this helps.
