question: differentiate between B cells

I don't know how to separate B-cells by their BCR specificity.

Can you create an antibody specific for a variable region of the mIg in the BCR?
Ex: how can you identify B cells with BC receptors that bind X out of total B cell population experimentally.


Also how can you tell a specific BCR can bind another similar antigen?
Example if: BCR binds X and I want to find out if it binds XX also experimentally.

Finally how can you tell the proportion of B-cells specific for X differentiate into plasma cells after vaccination.
