Hi all,

I have isolated a gene from a eukaryotic organism. it has no introns in the genomic sequence and hence both genomic DNA sequence and cDNA sequence were one and the same. so how do i submit this sequence.
1.as two separate sequences
or else

thanks

You submit what you sequenced. If you sequenced DNA, then submit it as genomic DNA. If you sequenced CDNA, then submit it as message. If you sequenced both, then submit both.

I have sequenced both. So you mean to say I should submit both as separate sequences.
Thank you
