I need help!
I want to check whether my IP worked, but I only have my IP-antibodie. Can you help me?

Hi there,

you can do the Ip of your protein of interest using your antibody (sample 1) and IgG (sample 2). The you run in a wb you input (10% before you add the antibody) and your Ips (the one with the IgG and the one with your antibody). Then you develop your WB with your antibody (the one you used for the Ip). You should se a band the same size then you input in the line 1(specific antibody) and nothing in the lane 2 (IgG)
