If you know phosphorylation of a particular amino acid is critical for the biological function of the protein, how do you find out those corresponding kinase/phosphatase?

Hi bullfrog,
For yeast cells there is the phosphorylome database:
http://networks.gers.../phosphorylome/
Maybe there is for mmamlian systems a similiar approach.
There you get an idea which one it could be.
