Hi,

I know I've posted questions with regards to ISH in zebrafish before.... but this time I'm wondering about positive controls. I've never done ISH before and no one in the lab has done them either so I was hoping if anyone know of zebrafish ISH probes that can be bought so I can include it as a positive control?

Have a look here there are lots of primers published which you could use to make your own probes as positive controls.

Zfin is also a good site for most things zebrafish if you didn't already know about it.
