I would start by looking for Cytomegalovirus information. I would imagine most detailed CMV reports will be looking at the promoters somewhere.

Are you looking to decrease or increase it's activity? Also, what is your planned usage of it (CMV promoters are generally great promoters, except for some in some cells you get minimal levels of expression)?
