Hi everybody,

I have done recently a subtractive library and I am trying to verify the clones with Reverse Northerns. Unfortunately with little success.I have a lot of troubles and I think the problem is the cDNA labeling.Does anybody has any suggestions? Is it to much if I ask for reliable protocol for labeling cDNA(radioactive or non-radiactive)?I would very much appreciate any help!
