Greetings,

I'm a relative newcomer to RNA work but was hoping that someone might offer me an opinion regarding the chance of successfully isolating intact RNA from a freeze dried sample of bodily fluid.

u can use Trizol of Gibco.it is very simple.but i use the reagent myself mostly according Sambfuk's book with some modify.it is better than trizol.
