Hi,
I'm looking for specific amplification set for real-time PCR using TaqMan probe
that will differentiate between E. coli to other Enterobacteria (and other bacteria of course)
so far I found a 24bp sequence that is specific according to NCBI but can't find right primers to match for it.
I'll be happy to get any suggestions or refrences.
