Hello all,

I have used the Invitrogen pT-Rex-DEST30 to create stable cell lines. However, I did not co-transfect with the pcDNA6/TR vector that expresses the TetR protein for the Tet system.
My question is:
Will the protein of interest sill express even if the TetR protein (repressor) is not present?
