Hi all,
I have to titrate some fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies for flow cytometry experiments and I'd like to solve some doubts.
If I titrate an antibody with a cell concentration of 2*10^5 cell/100ul, do I need to titrate it again when using a cell
concentration of 5*10^5-10^6 cell/100ul?

Thanks a lot!

I don't think so just double your antibody amount but then double as well your volume then you'll be almost in the same concentrations
