I am testing protein-protein interactios using IVT (Promega). I've done so many of them but these days we have a problem with one of this interaction so my supervisor suggest to me to do competiotion pulldown assay. that means we have to add "another known protein" to the two proteins that we want to test the interaction between them. But I have no idea and I look up the literature and unfortunately I couldn't find anything about this topic. What conc. of protein can I add to compete with our interaction and so on..
Does anyone happen to do or know, suggest, guide to method to help me do that
