Hi,
i am going to start live/dead cell assay on mouse fibroblast cell line. For this experiment i have purchased biovision company kit for this assay, company protocol, they mentioned 24 well plate for this assay, so total how much volume i want to add each well for this assay. plaese suggest me..........

Take a look at this cell culture table for your conversions, though I only use 300 ul in a 24 well rather than 500.
