Hi !
Would someone be so kind on helping me about how to get enzymatic activity (i.e. glicoside hydrolases) in dennaturating gels? Recent literature referes their protocols to progressive old works, which in turns makes citation of citations and so on.
I will appreciate your imput (s) A LOT,
