Dear All
I am now culturing jurkat leukemia cells and FADD-deficient jurkat. I noticed that while jurkat cells grow as clusters, FADD-deficient jurkat grows as single cells. I do not think that FADD defiencey is responsible for this. Does any one know the reason or can provide me with details about the growth pattern of both cell lines?
