hi, another question. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Does this have anything to do with the electrophoresis buffer?

This can happen if your buffer or gel is not level, or if the platinum electrode is broken. Anything that causes the current to flow preferentially on one side of the gel. Incidentally, I would switch from Bromphenol blue to Orange G as a dye -- it runs ahead of your DNA making the bands easier to see.
