Hi all,
I have just had samples of RNA analysed by microarray as part of an EU funded project we are part of.
All i had to do was extract the RNA and send it to the company.
The amount of data i was returned to be hoest is quite overwhelming and i would like to start to understand microarray at its most basic levels first (my superviisors will do most of this analysis as they have used it before but i would also like to get my head around the principles)
Can anybody recommend either a good book or paper with some genreal info on microarray, i'm not looking for anything too technical that would go over my head just i suppose the principals and how it works.
if anybody can suggest something i would be very grateful.
thanks.
