HeLa cells and BCL 2 expression

Hi,
I need your help. HeLa cells express endogenously BCL2? Could I detect the expression with western blot and NBT-BCIP visualization?
Thank you for your help.
I'm a "new entry" in cell biology word!

It seems that HeLa don't express Bcl-2, so you won't be able to detect it.
