Has anyone conjugated PGE to HRP before? PGE easily converts to PGA and PGB. We are trying to develop a PGE ELISA similar to our PGF2a ELISA but have had trouble in the past with conjugating PGE. I am looking for tips on doing this before I attempt my first conjugation.
