I used to be an active member in this forum (before the server crash incident in Bioforum). After the system crush in Bioforum, I change my user name (my old user name was "sanjiun81").
Now I am having problem when posting a new post to request for paper (I have no problem to request paper before the server crash).
It says:
" Board Message
Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:
Sorry, you do not have permission to start a topic in this forum"
May I know what's wrong with my account?
What should I do if I wanna request a paper?

yeah indeed, you need to be an active member (= get some posts before you can post something there).

If you don't know it, then ask it! Better to ask and look foolish to some then not ask and stay stupid.
