Dear Sir and Madam,
I am a research student. Now I try to determine Nitrite reductase activity of transgenic tobacco plants, both Leaves and roots.
I want to know whether or not i can I use the general protocol for both Bacteria and plants.
and I found that as much as I found from research articles to determine NIR activity, some use the same protocol and chemicals for both roots and leaves but some use a little bit different chemicals.
So, If u have some experience and knowledge about it, please share it to me. and I will be very thankful if u send the detailed procedure of it to me.
Thank you in advance..
Best regards,
