Hi,
Has any one got protocol for the caspase WB that worked. I mean details like transfering time, amp.

I thinks my protocol is not good.

well depends on what unit you have for the transfer and is it a SDS-WB transfer or an IEF-WB.
Please provide some more details and may be we can help you out!!!
