Hi
Is it possible to store purified RNA for short times (1-2 days) at -20? I know -80 is the best storage condition but some times I dont have access to that.

yes. u can do it .
Clean RNA can be stored at -20 for months. I keep my RNAs for 2-3 days at +4 without degradation... I never put a RNA in a -80 !
