Hi all

I am isolating T cells from the colon of the Rat.
I am continuosly getting the problem of dead T cells and and very lower number of cells.
I am using percoll density centrifugation after the mincing the colon tissues.
I have also tried the clump method but the result is not at all satisfactory.

Please help me in this regard.....
