Sometime ago I asked if anyone had tried this kit. A positive comment was posted in response. I would be curious to know if this kit was tried with tissue and if so what modifications were needed. I called Sigma and the technical service rep. said that they have never tried to extract protein from tissues. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks.
