reconstitution of lyophilized enzyme (soybean 15-lipoxygenase-1, Sigma L7395), how to?
ive tried using sodium borate buffer (.2M pH 9) but it doesnt fully dissolve in it. any suggestions?

info should be in sigma package insert. If not call them directly they will provide specific information regarding any of their products.
