Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has ever done proteomic analysis with very few cells. If yes, what is the minimum number of cells on which it is feasible to carry out a good proteomic study?
Best,
TC

Hi TC,
I have done few 2Ds with very less number of cells, actually it depends on the protein amount. If you can get 30ug of protein out of your cells, you can run a good 2D and stain it with silver stain.
Hope it helps.
