hi everyone...some help needed here

Im carrying out XTT on the neuronal cell line SH-SY5Y. This cell line must have a very low metabolic rate since the colour intensities given are very low even after 6hours incubation using the SIGMA XTT and SIGMA PMS colourant. Any suggestions on colourant concentration to be used for cell lines with low metabolic rates?
