hello, I am having problems performing statisical anaylisis on my qPCR ChIP recoveries. I have a positive control (a ChIP antibody with high recoveries) a negative control (IgG) and two sample antibodies. I have examined several genes both the coding and promoter regions of each (my Ab's are for a TF) can any help me decide which stats test to perform on my results
