Hi, everyone.
I'm currently making a V5 tag- fused protein cloned in adenoviral backbone and I'm planning to use this construct fo IF microscopy. I'm wondering if using V5 tag and adenovirus together is a good idea. It's seems to me that some adenoviral proteins can be very similar to V5 tag and this can be a source for background. Does anyone have any experience with this tag?
