Hi all!
I'd like to run a native PAGE followed by Western. What native protein standard I can use for that? I need it to be stained, but I can't find anything on a net. Does anybody knows something? Thanks for advice!

Hi! I saw this marker, but it is NOT stained! I need something I could blot on the membrane along with my protein of interest and see the marker on membrane as well.

prestained markers are denatured (i'm not aware of any prestained native gel standards). if you want native markers then you will have to transfer and stain the membrane with ponceau s to see them.

Thank you. This is confirmation of what I was suspecting.
