Hi all,

I would like to know if the SV40 polyA signal works both sense and anti-sense? Nobody around me knows the answer and the Web fell short in providing me with any hint regarding this. It seems that the SV40 polyA signal is just too common and too widely used for anybody to care about what it really is.

Any reference for the characterization of this element?

Or do you know any other short termination sequence that could work both sense and anti-sense.
