Hi!
Can somebody help me with the best way to determine mitochondrial mass? I am thinking to use NAO (Acridine Orange 10-nonyl bromide) but I can´t find the protocol, eg. number of cells needed, concentrations, etc.
Does someone have the protocol to do this?
