I am trying to carry out an XTT protocol on neuroblastoma cells. I am using the Sigma XTT and PMS colourant; however I am unsure about the optimal concentration/amount of colourant to be added. I have tried several times and have obtained either too low-colour intensities or immediate formation of the orange colouration.

Any suggestions please with regards to the amount of PMs required?
