What I am looking for is a database, where i enter a protein name/accession code etc. and out will pop a list of known amino acid variants as a result of SNPs, AND any causative consequences of these SNPs.
EG.
INPUT - ENZYME A
OUTPUT
E134V - 30% decrease in enzyme activity
E199X - No activity decrease
N455X - total loss of enzyme activity
Obviously this is a very general query and any sort of database which could be mined would be of use.
Cheers
A databse linking SNPs to functional consequences?

A fantastic resource, thanks very much.

seems to be what I am after.
Thanks again
