Hi. Currently i'm working on miRNAs found in Sfmbt2 gene in mouse. I picked 10 mature miRNAs for my assay and will order from Ambion Applied Biosystems.

However, we do not have an ABI Time PCR machine in our department, so we have to make use of the RotorGene machine to do RT-PCR assay.

So my question is,

What is the protocol to perform RT-PCR assay? Can i follow any protocols found in webs?
