Can someone tell me please how to use mircheck?
I changed the path in the test_mircheck.pl script to fit my computer (windows. not unix).
I tried running it according to the sample in the readme file (test_mircheck.pl test_hairpins) but I get an error saying :"readline on closed filehandle F at line 33". what does it mean? do I need to do more adaptations/changes in the scripts to make it work on my computer?
PLEASE HELP......
