hullo..

does anyone here familiar with animal tissue digestion? i need to digest my meat tissue. i heard about enzymatic dissociation but not really sure about it..i'm a bit concern that it would destroy most of the attachment receptors available on me muscle tissue..any ideas anyone? i'm a bit lost here..

TQ

Try manual homogenizing using a homogenizer. I would recommend you perform this in a buffer ideal for the receptors you're interested in evaluating. You may want to include protease inhibitors in the buffer to help in further preservation of receptors.
